More writing and reading practice needed for students in the school itself. Mainly needed more practice in maths. You people are teaching only the concepts but not at all giving practice to the students. Not all the students able to pickup with this. Even my child needs more practice he is struggling to do sums and fe faces difficulties in reading and writing . Only they can understand if you are giving more writing and reading in school

We request you to kindly ensure children to speak in english within the campus. Daily we are coming to school for pickup & drop not even single child either primary or secondary speak in english within campus. Secondary children are talking in local language that too harsh words easily without any hesitation. Really we people trust you and gave our two kids future to you people. More than studies discipline is important. But we feel it's going down. Even primary children are speaking unhealthy words. I agree it's depends on family child coming from but school can control not to share unhealthy words to other children. It's totally affecting whole school name .
I would appreciate it if the school could provide parents with more regular updates about their child's academic progress. For example, sharing test papers, answer sheets, marks, and performance feedback through the school app or other communication channels would help parents understand their child's strengths and areas for improvement. This kind of transparency will enable parents to support their children's learning more effectively and strengthen the partnership between the school and parents.

Suggestions for Improvement
Academic Workload: The overall academic workload appears to be quite intensive. A more balanced approach could help students learn more effectively without unnecessary stress.
Fee Structure: The current fee structure, even at the primary level (e.g., Grade 3), is quite high for many middle-class families. The school may consider introducing a reasonable fee cap or enhanced concessions, particularly for families with two or more children.
Worksheet Evaluation: More consistent and meaningful correction of worksheets and notebooks would help reinforce learning and improve understanding.
Concept-Based Learning: Greater emphasis on conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and practical application rather than memorization would enhance long-term learning.
Saturday Schedule: Saturdays could be kept free from both academic and non-academic activities, allowing students to rest, spend time with family, and pursue personal interests.
Healthy Food Environment: The sale of junk food, sugary snacks, and carbonated soft drinks within the school campus may be discouraged. Promoting healthier food options would support students' long-term health and well-being.
Parent Feedback: Conducting anonymous parent feedback surveys at regular intervals would help the school identify areas for continuous improvement and strengthen parent-school collaboration.
Student Well-being: Along with academic excellence, continued focus on students' physical and mental well-being will contribute to their holistic development.
Along with academics, I kindly request the school to continue emphasizing good discipline and values. Children should be taught to be punctual, arrive at school on time, respect others' belongings and avoid touching or taking things that do not belong to them. It would also be very helpful if the school could encourage and support students in developing fluent English-speaking skills. Thank you.
Remedial support has been very useful, and significant improvement can be observed. He is doing much better this year compared to previous classes. However, his classwork notebook is often incomplete, and he needs additional attention and practice in grammar.

I heard from my child that students are always speaking in Tamil in her class. Though i addressed this issue through teacher as well as coordinator no improvement has been observed as I follow up through my child. It's better if we bring this as strict practice for spoken English inside the campus effectively.
And i have concern on heavy loads of students bag, if there is a cubby hole for each class students can submit and keep their books safe at school except main subject. Ex: workbook csc, handwriting and other such books can be collected and can be given only when in need at home.

Kindly share the monthly assessment pattern for Grade 1 so that we can help the children practice at home.
We also request you to kindly ensure that the child completes at least 75% of the lunch provided in the lunch box.
Additionally, as the children are still very young, we request you to create separate WhatsApp groups for each ECA class and share all important updates directly with the parents. This will help ensure that parents receive timely and accurate information.
Please make sure the student completes the homework on time and confirm he understands what was taught in class.

I have several concerns regarding your school. In particular, the school fees are considerably higher compared to other institutions. In Chennai, most schools charge annual fees within βΉ1 lakh, whereas your fees exceed this range.
Additionally, students are given daily homework along with frequent projects. In many cases, these projects are being completed by parents rather than the students themselves. Teachers should clearly explain the project requirements and guide students on how to complete them independently, as this is essential for their learning and development.

We request the school to send assessment answer sheet to home Atleast for a day and collect it back if the cbse board rules is an hindrance. We want to know if our kids understood the concepts properly and able to deliver in exam papers or not. Leaving off the assessment and seeing the papers only after term end exam will be burden to us to again teach them everything. Once any portions is completed in book back teachers can send it as home work to be done in weekends to learn the lesson. They focus on only vocabulary and Q&A. Kindly give the projects to the children to their age and during project day kindly let the chief guest finish the lower classes first because the children get tired and wonβt perform better in front of the guest. It will be good if shrishti can build entrepreneurial skills during founders day like selling their own juice or products which can be given for charity. I heard lot of children using foul language in school. Which is a reg flag at any age. Parents must be informed on this to control this at young age itself. Shrishti can also work on Robotics. Utsav instead of conducting for both metric and cbse together, it can be done separately so that parents can have a proper seating and watch their kids perform. We must encourage children to speak in Hindi during Hindi class for Atleast second language Hindi children. Every PT period they must learn something really useful for developing skills instead of just running and playing. Kindly choose the sports day dress according to our weather.

As a parent,I am very much concern about my son's studies as well as physical activities, but now a days physical education training and music periods are not at all conducting regularly &they are converting into some other classes like regular subjects, this is what the complaints recently I am hearing from my child side... Management should take an action on it because they are just grade 1 students not grade 10 or 12 students...They have to love to come school,if teachers are do like this ,they will definitely get bore and lose their interest.
I want some more classes like upgrading communication skills and basic technical classes.
Please reduce the notebooks weight for kids. They feel very heavy to carry. Send back worksheets instead of books.

1. We need more clarity about the grading system contributing to the final marks
2. Projects given to children should be more child friendly and doable by children. The projects given now is too tough and needs a lot of assistance from parents.
Some information can be sent through an sms or through the app regarding projects. The information reaches us in a very diluted state from the child. Projects are also more of an ego clash for parents these days.
3. Sports day practise is being held in the hot and sunny place. I understand it is part of school life, but the practise can be done indoor or early morning (maybe an hour extension before school starts)
4. We need more PTM to understand our child's progress. Only one Is held per year
5. The front desk staff are too too rude to the parents. I understand the frustration and difficulty of their job. But simply shouting and yelling at a parent with a query is very unfair
6. Children carry too many books everyday. As a parent it's difficult even for me to carry the bag. Classes are taken by borrowed classes of subjects not on the timetable. So my child carries all books every single day.
7. Fees structure is unbearably high for us. Even ECA is unaffordable for us as a parent of two children in the same school.
8. We are not satisfied with the results of the school this year. I understand that the highest marks are subject to the question paper and the controversy. But we atleast expected a 100% pass from class 10 & 12
1) Suggest keeping students textbooks and notebooks in the classroom allowing them to take home only the books required for homework
2) Kindly organize activities that help students improve their Communication Skills
3) Suggest the use of English as the primary Language of communication within the school premises ( While communicating with their friends too).
4) Least request is to repair the road which leads to CBSE block. As most of the children are running along this path, at least one child falls everyday. Repairing it will improve safety.
Kindly consider the above mentioned suggestions and do the needful at your earliest convenience.
